Three months before your 17th birthday you can apply for your provisional licence – or as soon as you’re 16, if you’re disabled and receiving mobility allowance. Then once you’re 17, you can legally drive a car on public roads in the UK. If you can’t wait till then we have lessons available with Bell Juniors for 11 to 16 year olds.
Eye Site Test
Before you start learning to Drive, you must make sure you can read a number plate in good daylight from 20.5 metres away. If you wear glasses or contacts, just make sure you always wear them when driving.
Once you have your provisional licence and you have checked your eyesight, you are ready to start your lessons you will need to decide whether you want manual driving lessons or automatic driving lessons, then all you need to do is to call us. We look forward to hearing from you.
